February 25, 2001 Monica, In this restoration generation right before the Wedding Feast, Father is going to give a special anointing on husband and wife teams that are walking in the guidance of the Holy Spirit. It will be a oneness not put on just from outside by mutual experiences; it will be an anointing of oneness flowing from their spirit. I have been noticing as I reread the Bible that God brings the bride to the man when he is performing a marriage. When God made Eve for Adam, Genesis 2:22 says, "Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man." Then in Genesis 24, Abraham's servant, who is a type of the Holy Spirit, goes far away and gets Rebekah, who is a type of the bride of Jesus Christ, and brings her to Isaac, who is a type of Jesus. In that case, Isaac leaves home and goes toward Rebekah and they meet en route. In the book of Ruth, Ruth just happens [read God is the great orchestrator] to find herself working in Boaz’s field. Believe me, God brought her from a foreign land and placed her at the side of Boaz because she was the completion of his side.Now consider a very interesting "coincidence." People refer to the time when we are raptured as the Second Coming of Jesus. They are wrong. He is not coming back to earth until after the tribulation, and he is not coming back until after his wedding. Then he is coming back to rule in oneness with his bride. [Revelation 21] 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 says that when we go to the Wedding Feast, we will meet him in the air. It is pictured when Isaac and Rebekah meet en route as the servant brings Rebekah to Isaac. Isaac is a type of Jesus; Rebekah is a type of the church; and the servant is a type of the Holy Spirit. The trumpet will sound; Jesus will leave his throne just as Isaac left home; and the Holy Spirit will snatch us out of the earth like a thief in the night and take us to Jesus. That is why, in this last big move of God before the Rapture, husband and wife teams are going to have an anointing of oneness. Love, Dad |
