--Matthew 11:30 |
|
Expect the Unexpected Man would expect a great warrior in full armor to slay Goliath, but expect the unexpected. It was an anointed young, sling-bearing sheep herder who was chosen. Man would expect the Christ, the anointed one, the King of kings, to ride into Jerusalem on a pure white Arabian stallion, but expect the unexpected. It was a colt of a donkey that was chosen. We are the generation who will see Jesus Christ appear in the clouds, and we will be translated to the Wedding Feast in heaven. But expect the unexpected. Before the translation (or Rapture), Jesus will be greatly glorified with powerful signs and wonders ministered through anointed called-out ones. God chooses to anoint the foolish things of this world to confound the wise. Expect the unexpected. To do mighty works in this end-time of ministry for the glory of Jesus, he might use someone you least expect. It might be someone with no high school diploma. It might be an unwed mother with of a couple of children. It might be a divorced man. It might even be you. |
